How to Withdraw your winnings?

If you wish to make a withdrawal while you're in the casino software please enter the bank menu and choose the withdrawal option on the left upper side of your screen.

When you submit a withdrawal request, its status is labeled as "pending", which means that your request has been accepted by GoWild Casino and that we are processing it.

All withdrawal requests are processed within twenty four (24) hours after the time of the request. However, please note that the casino reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security checks until the receipt of all the required documents, including a digitized photograph, for verification and promotional purposes, at which stage the withdrawal will be processed.

During this time you can cancel your withdrawal request and return these funds into your GoWild Casino Account. By canceling your withdrawal request, your account is credited back and you can play, without having to submit a new deposit.

 

Please note that: While there is NO LIMIT to the amount a Player can cash out in the casino, there is a maximum amount that can be Withdrawn in one time. For receiving any Withdrawal which is higher than $5,000, an amount of $5,000 (or the corresponding amount in the currency of payment) will be paid to you once a month, upon your Withdrawal request, until the full amount of your Withdrawal is paid. The foregoing does not apply to Withdrawals of progressive jackpots. Withdrawals depend on verification of all required documents.

Please note that in case you made your deposits via credit card and performed a withdrawal, we will initially reimburse your cash in back to your Credit card according to the amounts you deposited in the casino and the rest of your cash in will be issued via your preferred method of payment.

 

For example: David made 3 deposits of $50 via his credit card. While he played on his latest deposit he won $300 and finished his wagering requirements. David decided to make a withdrawal of $300 via wire transfer.

In this case David will receive his winnings in the following manner:

$150 will be refunded back to his CC in 3 transactions of $50 the same way he deposited them and the rest of the cash in amount which is $150 will be issued via wire transfer as David requested.

 

To our US customers: Please note that withdrawals (winnings) will be processed either via ACH - wire transfer or via Ewalletxpress.

There is a fee of $40 per transaction charged for wire transfer, while Ewalletxpress refunds are free of charge.
