Security from our and your side
We, at GoWild Casino, hold the security and privacy of our players with extra attention. We use state of the art security systems as used at most big commercial banks, connecting you to our software using SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and keeping your personal date tightly secured.
Our staff is a high quality personal carrying a rich experience with on-line gaming making sure that you are as safe as playing at your own home, our staff is standing on guard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year chasing and filtering non sportive behaviors at the casino tables using all high-tech equipment and their educated minds.
Some security issues can be handled easily from your side, so for your security please allow us to make a few suggestions:
1. Make sure that your account details (specially the password) are safe and hidden well; remember that you have a copy of those details in your e-mail box so make sure you have this e-mail account inaccessible to others but you.
2. When children or other friends or family members are likely to use your computer don't let your Internet browser save your password for automatic sign in. (many people don't realize that they are playing for real money when using a computer software). It is also recommended to secure your desktop with "desktop password control" so a person must enter a password to get to your desktop.
3. Keep firewall software active in your computer to prevent other people from invading into your computer and using your data. When you're connected to the Internet, your computer is linked to millions of other computers and users. Hackers can find their way into your machine. But, if you have a firewall it will be harder for them and most of them won't bother. Windows users have the windows firewall as default. We cannot recommend you to use a certain firewall, but we suggest you check out some of them yourself.
4. Please report to our 24\7 live support on any suspected behavior made by other players, we will take every report most seriously and deal with it in our professional ways.

Card Shuffling and Independent Auditors
The shuffling algorithm used to ensure a truly random deck is of extreme importance. This section deals with the technology used by GoWild to make sure you get a fair game.
The GoWild Multi-Player Casino software employs a sort shuffle using a random number generator that generates 232 different values pulled from a 4096 bit entropy pool. This is different than the Shuffle used by some other systems, and it has some advantages.
How fair are the games at your casino?
Our casino supports a Fair Gaming Policy, which means that each time a game is played the software uses the Microgaming Random Number Generator to randomly produce the gaming results.
This ensures that no "programming" advantages can be created on our side to favor the house, and also stops players from gaining an unfair advantage by counting cards or "cracking the system".
Please note: For your peace of mind, we have engaged the services of Independent Auditors. They review all our games' payout percentages on a monthly basis. You can review these reports on our website.
How do you determine which cards are drawn for the games?
The shuffling algorithm used to ensure a truly random deck is of extreme importance. The GoWild Multi-Player Casino software employs a sort shuffle using a random number generator that generates 232 different values pulled from a 4096 bit entropy pool.
A good random Number Generator will produce numbers that are...Evenly distributed and correlated Unpredictable
If a Random Number Generator is evenly distributed and not correlated, each number will be hit approximately the same number of times after a large number of events. If a Random Number Generator is unpredictable, you will not be able to predict the next number in a series no matter how many previously generated numbers you have studied.
